PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE TO SHAREHOLDERS
OF INTEGRITY BANK FOR BUSINESS

Today, Neal Crawford resigned as our Chief Development Officer, effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities.

We sincerely appreciate Neal’s role and contributions in the founding of our Bank. We wish Neal well in his new endeavors.

As I reported to you previously, we are planning new outreach initiatives to grow our Bank. In addition to these initiatives, we are continuing our recruiting efforts for several key executives. We will not, however, retain the position of Chief Development Officer as an executive position and will not be seeking to fill this or a similar position.
